When to Book a Seoul Club Table — Timing Your Reservation

Last updated 2 min readWritten by the Club ACE Seoul team

How far in advance should you reserve a table at a Seoul club? Guidance for weekends, same-day requests and larger groups, plus how to book from abroad without a Korean number.

Quick answer

Short answer: earlier is safer for weekends and bigger groups, while a weekday table for two or three is usually available on the day. Message Club ACE Seoul as soon as your dates are set and we will tell you how that night looks. No Korean phone number needed.

When to get in touch

As soon as your travel dates are fixed is fine. Some guests message weeks ahead from home, others from their hotel on the evening itself. Both work, but Friday and Saturday nights and larger groups get closer to what they wanted when there is still a full choice of seating.

For a weekday with two or three people, same-day contact is usually no problem. You can also ask while your plans are still soft — give us a provisional date and tell us when it firms up.

What to tell us first

Two things move it forward: your date and how many people. With those, we can tell you what that night looks like and quote a table. Pricing depends on the date, group size and where in the room you sit, so we quote per booking rather than publishing a fixed number.

If you have a budget in mind, say so and we will look for something that fits. We cannot give a blanket "from" price because the seating available differs night to night.

Booking from abroad

Use the chat on this site, LINE, or KakaoTalk / WeChat (ID: aksen1010). No Korean SIM or local verification is required, and you can write in English, Japanese, Chinese or Russian — staff reply in the same language.

Leave a contact we can reach you on; a messenger ID is enough. Browser chats can be lost if you switch phones or clear your history, so an ID means we can still confirm afterwards.

Know this before you book

We are open Tuesday to Sunday from 11pm until 8–8am and closed on Mondays — worth catching now if a Monday night was in your plan. The room fills up after 1am; 11pm is still quiet.

On the night, bring your passport, dress smart casual, and budget ₩20,000 for entry. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay are accepted.
