Seoul Club Guide for Russian Speakers in Gangnam
Last updated 2 min readWritten by the Club ACE Seoul team
A Gangnam nightlife guide for Russian-speaking visitors: ₩20,000 entry, dress code, booking a table without a Korean number, payment and getting home. Club ACE Seoul has Russian-speaking staff.
Quick answer
You can have a full night out in Gangnam without Korean or English: staff at Club ACE Seoul assist in Russian too. Bring a passport, dress smart casual, budget ₩20,000 for entry, and plan your ride back — the subway closes before the club does.
Language is not the obstacle
Staff assist in Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese and Russian, so booking a table, asking about the bill or sorting something out mid-evening can all happen in Russian. That is unusual among Seoul clubs, where English is normally the fallback.
You can message us in Russian as well: the chat on this site, KakaoTalk or WeChat (ID: aksen1010), or LINE. None of these need a Korean phone number — the conversation is the booking.
Entry, ID, dress code
Entry is ₩20,000 per person at the door. Foreign guests need a passport, since ID is checked at the entrance and a photo on your phone will not do. Keep it in an inside pocket or a closed bag rather than an open one.
Dress smart casual or above. Shorts, slippers, sportswear and caps may be refused. The rule is simple: a shirt or a tidy top and proper shoes, and the door is a non-event.
Payment and money
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay and Korean cards are accepted. If your card does not work outside its country of issue — a common situation for cards issued in Russia — bank transfer is also accepted; sort out a working payment method in advance rather than at 3am.
Everything is priced in Korean won (₩). Entry is the only figure known ahead: a table is separate and depends on the date, group size and area of the club, so the team quotes it in chat.
Hours, address and the way back
We are at 597 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, three minutes on foot from Sinsa Station Exit 4. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 11pm to 8am, closed Mondays, and the room comes alive well after midnight.
The subway stops around midnight and starts again early, so people head back by taxi or wait for the first train. Save your hotel address in Korean — showing the text beats pronouncing it. Valet parking is available if you drive, though drink-driving rules in Korea are strict, so leave the car if you have been drinking.
